I have worked in the Education Sector as a second-level teacher for 29 years teaching Music as a subject. As a person who enjoys communicating with people, I found this very rewarding and enjoyed the interaction with my students and colleagues. I left in 2019 to dedicate more time to my business interests.

Inspired by my students and having spent many hours over the years helping them work through various issues I realised that I really enjoyed those interactions and I loved helping them see their own self-worth and resourcefulness and how everyone’s future is in their own hands.

As Director of Tradchestra Summer Orchestra, Director of Residential Harp Weekends, Owner and Manager of a small hospitality business, Manager of various high-profile concerts and events, Director and Founder of the Copper Coast Trad Fest and of a local Irish Music School, I realized it’s the combination of my strengths, teaching, leading, establishing community-led events, helping people help themselves and my entrepreneurship that led me naturally to the coaching arena.
